Encantado Technical Solutions (ETS) is an unpopulated joint venture between Edgewater Federal Solutions, Inc. and ECS Federal, LLC. ETS is bolstered by second-tier subcontractors KeyLogic and Amentum. As ETS is unpopulated, employees will work for one of the four companies listed above.

Encantado Technical Solutions is currently seeking Network Technician II to support the IT program at a major national laboratory.

The overall program includes a 500+ work force performing Enterprise IT support, Service Desk, and Telecommunications support across multiple facilities and locations. The Network Technician II will provide on-site and related support services for classified and unclassified telecommunications and information technology (IT) systems with a workforce of approximately 14,000 personnel.

• Ability to interrupt architecture configuration drawings, strong computer skills. 
• Troubleshooting assistance and recommendations regarding performance and completion of backup/restore processes. 
• Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems, such as local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), cloud networks, servers, and other data communications networks.
• Perform network maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must possess an AA plus three (3) years of related experience.
• Active DOE Q clearance or DOD Top Secret clearance required.

Desired Experience:

• Strong understanding of Data Center Consolidation (DCC)
• Experience with Network Field Support Services is preferred:
  • Can review incoming IT Service Desk requests and resolve customer requirement issues
  • Can coordinate with Network Advanced Field Operations Team as needed to support activation of device ports
